Specialises in complex commercial matters, corporate Law, arbitration, banking, receivership and liquidation, mergers and takeovers, privatisation, energy, environmental, oil & gas law, intellectual property and litigation. Acts regularly as party appointed arbitrator or chairperson of various arbitral tribunals.
Attained the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria in 2007. Notary Public of the Federal Republic of Nigeria; Chartered Arbitrator and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK); past chairperson of the Port Harcourt Chapter of the Nigerian Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK). Lectures at the Nigerian Law School, Abuja, Nigeria where she is a member of the adjunct faculty and is also an approved tutor of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (United Kingdom) teaching all levels of international and domestic commercial arbitration.
